Volunteering cooperation with the Faculty of Biology UW

At the Faculty of Biology UW, the person responsible for coordinating and overseeing volunteer involvement is the Dean’s Plenipotentiary for Volunteering, dr Klaudia Dębiec-Andrzejewska (e-mail: klaudia.debiec@uw.edu.pl).

The Plenipotentiary is authorized to:

sign relevant documents related to volunteer activities,
register volunteers,
assist in issuing volunteer service certificates.

IMPORTANT: In cases where volunteers are engaged in specific projects (research, grant-funded, etc.), the unit should prepare its own volunteer cooperation agreement template (in accordance with the University of Warsaw’s procedures), tailored to the specifics of the project and including appropriate clauses regarding the transfer of copyright. Such an agreement template must be approved by the UW Legal Office.
