Library of the Faculty of Biology

The Library of the Faculty of Biology was established in 2000 following the merger of the libraries of four institutes: Institute of Biochemistry, Institute of Microbiology, Institute of Zoology, and Institute of Botany. The collection comprises 70,000 volumes, including approximately 50,000 books and 20,000 journals. The library cooperates with other libraries of the University of Warsaw and has access to the shared electronic resources available to all UW libraries.
