UW research data
UW Research Data is the institutional repository of the University of Warsaw, a service designed for the free, long-term storage and open sharing of research data.
The repository is available at: https://danebadawcze.uw.edu.pl
Researchers from the University of Warsaw can independently deposit their data in the service, as well as search for, download, and reuse materials that have already been made available.
In the faculty collection, academic staff and doctoral students of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw deposit research data generated within projects carried out at the faculty. The repository enables researchers to:
- easily log in via the UW Central Authentication System (CAS),
- select a faculty collection,
- assign a persistent DOI identifier to each dataset,
- set an embargo period,
- choose a license for each file,
- meet the requirements of research funding institutions, for example the National Science Centre (NCN).
Academic staff and doctoral students of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw should deposit research data generated in projects carried out at the Faculty in the relevant faculty collection.
Access to the repository is available through CAS account. After logging in, users should select the “Add dataset” button and choose the name of the Faculty from the list. Detailed instructions on how to deposit data can be found at the following link: https://docs.google.com/
The repository is operated by the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling (ICM) at the University of Warsaw.
