We invite you to a photography exhibition

Tomasz Świerżewski created the photo series “We do not try to live – we live” at the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden in Kyiv. The opening of the exhibition will take place on August 21 at 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Hall of the University of Warsaw Botanical Garden.

The photographs will be on display until September 14. Afterwards, they will be transferred to Kyiv, to the M. M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden.

“Instead of dramatic gestures, Świerżewski depicts everyday life, avoiding generalizations and focusing on specific individuals whose stories unfold beyond the frame. (…) At the heart of the series is not the place itself, but work: quiet, steady, carried out in spite of everything,” emphasizes the exhibition’s curator, Julia Harasimowicz.
