Science Film Review – KOKON

The University of Warsaw’s Center for Cooperation and Dialogue invites you to take part in the Science Film Review – KOKON, which will take place from May 28 to 30 at the University of Warsaw Library.

The program includes screenings of feature films, documentaries, educational productions, and experimental formats such as film essays. Among them are films awarded at major international festivals – Locarno Film Festival, Polish Film Festival in Gdynia, IDFA in Amsterdam, and even Oscar-nominated titles. Each screening will be followed by a discussion and a Q&A session. These will be fascinating meetings and conversations with prominent figures from the worlds of film, science, humanities, and natural sciences, focusing on the state of the world and the role of humans in contemporary reality.

The event will also feature a series of screenwriting workshops dedicated to University of Warsaw students.
