Two researchers from the Faculty of Biology UW have been awarded NCN Sonatina 9 grants

Two researchers from the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw have received funding for their research projects in the SONATINA 9 call of the National Science Centre (in the NZ panel):

  • Dr Aleksandra Tempes will carry out the project “SorCS2-dependent disruption of neuronal protein sorting in perinatal epileptic encephalopathy: functional studies in human induced pluripotent stem cell-based models.”
  • Dr Alicja Przybyszewska-Podstawka will lead the project “An advanced high-throughput microfluidic platform for screening modified T lymphocytes.”
